A certified practitioner and teacher, she has led over 170 transformative wellness experiences across Abu Dhabi, including signature sessions at Umm Al Emarat Park. Eti Rahman – Leading Hatha Yoga Sessions

Eti is a passionate yoga teacher and proud graduate of The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, the world’ s oldest organized yoga center. She is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with extensive training in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, and Prenatal Yoga. Her classes blend grounding Hatha, energizing Vinyasa flows, restorative Yin postures, and mindful breathwork. For expecting mothers, Eti offers prenatal yoga classes designed to support physical comfort, emotional well-being, and preparation for birth. Saina Dsouza – Leading Gentle Yoga Flow Sessions

Saina embarked on her journey into the world of healing in 2018 when she first delved into the transformative practice of Reiki. What began as a means to support her family members in overcoming their health challenges soon evolved into a profound personal transformation and ignited the desire to hone her gifts.Her first formal yoga training was at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Kerala, where she completed her 200-hour Teacher Training. Building on this foundation, she went on to complete her 500-hours yoga training and is also trained as a Yoga Therapist, deepening her knowledge of yoga as a healing modality.Saina’s unwavering passion lies in assisting others on their own transformative journeys.
