The experience begins with guided breathwork and grounding practices to prepare body and mind. You will then be led into a 90-minute immersive sound journey, featuring the soothing resonance of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Chalice, Koshi Chimes, water drum, and other sacred instruments.
The ceremony weaves together:
– Collective sound healing, enveloping the group in harmonizing vibrations.
– Personalized sound experiences, where instruments are played closely to each participant for deeper release and alignment. Full Moon intention ritual, allowing space to release what no longer serves you and set aligned intentions under the heightened lunar energy.
The evening closes with gentle integration, guiding you back into awareness, followed by a reflective closing circle—an opportunity to share insights, anchor intentions, and ground before stepping back into the world.
